 Bill Locke, Insta-Tek Owner,  is an IT professional that has been in the business for over 14 years working on Windows PCs and Servers, Linux PCs, Servers and Networks. Bill got his start at an early age started off building his own computer back in the early 90's and has not stopped since. He has worked for fortune 1000 companies running hundreds of servers, maintained hundreds of web sites for companies like Ford, Chrysler and Mercedes Benz just to name a few.

Bill made the decision to start his own company because, in his words, Too many times have I talked to people getting charged outrageous prices for tasks that a veteran computer specialist would consider an easy task. Too many times do I hear that the computer guy had to reload the whole computer and they lost everything. And too many times have I read about people getting their personal data stolen while their computer is being repaired by some high school student working at some electronics store.
